Obelisco Estate has two Woodinville WA venues that can tailor to just about any type of event. Whether you want us to help you work with the finest chefs in the area to set up a multi-course dinner or you are just looking to book a corporate/private event with hors d’ouevres, we can customize to your needs.

The Barrel Room in the Warehouse District is both warm and inviting. This room has been very popular for private and intimate affairs with seating up to 20 people. The entire Warehouse Tasting Room can host up to 60 people in a reception style gathering.

The Warehouse Tasting Room has a rental fee plus a minimum case purchase that is dependent on the number of people attending the event. The Warehouse Tasting Room is available Monday – Thursday anytime and Friday-Sunday after 5:30pm. Rental fee is for a 3 hour event.

Barrel Room (1-20 Guests) $400 / Wine Club Member price $200
Gallery Room (20 – 40 Guests) $650 / Wine Club Member Price $325
Entire Tasting Room (40 – 60 Guests) $850 / Wine Club Member Price $425
Minimum case purchase requirements (mixed cases of any Obelisco Wines):
1 – 20 guests is one case, 20 – 40 guests is two cases and 40+ guests is three cases

Apple Farm Village Tasting Room

The Apple Farm Village Tasting Room is both warm and inviting. This Tasting Room has been very popular for private and intimate affairs, depending on your need. The entire Tasting Room can host up to ? people in a reception style gathering.

The Apple Farm Tasting Room has a rental fee plus a minimum case purchase that is dependent on the number of people attending the event. The Apple Farm Tasting Room is available Monday – Thursday anytime and Friday-Sunday after 7:15pm. Rental fee is for a 3 hour event.
